Robert J. Daino—CEO & President
Robert J. Daino, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of ServeCentral, has more than 28 years of software development, process management, Information Technology, and entrepreneurial leadership experience in various commericial and government markets including the United States Navy and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He has a successful track record in creating and growing several start-up companies. Mr. Daino spent ten years with General Electric, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin in a variety of technical and executive management roles prior to starting his own software corporation PROMERGENT (www.promergent.com). Mr. Daino is very active in the community and serves as the President & CEO of the local Public Broadcasting Station.
Pamela M. Gori—Executive VP and CFO
Pamela M. Gori serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ServeCentral LLC, a position she has held in multiple start-up companies over the past 14 years. She is responsible for ServeCentral’s corporate finance and administration including: budgeting, financial planning, accounting, contract administration, tax planning compliance, purchasing and payroll. Prior to joining the company, Gori, a C.P.A., served as a tax partner at Fust Charles Chambers LLP. Pam has a B.S. in Accounting from Lemoyne College.
John D. McDonald—Director of Technical Operations
John D. McDonald serves as the Director of Technical Operations for ServeCentral LLC. John has over 11 years of experience in commercial software development. John has successfully lead the design, development, deployment, test, and support for enterprise projects supporting the United States Navy, Federal Aviation Administration, and numerous large commericial and non-profit organizations. John also was a critical member of IBM's Java Virtual Machine (JVM) team before joining PROMERGENT. He has been critical in the initial planning, design, and ultimate launch of ServeCentral. John has a B.S. in Computer Science, from Syracuse University.
