Our model is based on the fact time is a rare commodity and the age-old premise time is money. So we looked at ways we could manage that time and realized Service of Process could be better tracked and essentially automated. ServeCentral is a software company that recognizes this and believes the legal profession is seeking simple, easily accessible and easy to use technology that will save direct business cost resulting in increased cash flow, margin and revenue.

By creating a secure web-based scalable platform, we centralized the Service of Process task of a law firm, making it a value added, outsourced function. This platform is accessible anywhere there is internet access, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. By doing this, we eliminated annoying software license and subscription fees from software currently used to manage this process in-house, and reduced or eliminated IT support costs associated with law firm systems.

  • Clients: ServeCentral is open to the online public and prospective clients 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. Clients may register for an account and accept the terms and conditions of ServeCentral to receive their own secure account. Upon login, a Client may create new serves, upload serve packages, monitor serve status, communicate with their Process Server and manage all their serves, among other features. ServeCentral has a Process Server performance evaluator tool so ServeCentral and our Process Servers understand and maintain our accountability to you.
  • Pricing Structure: Account holders to ServeCentral are charged by each serve transacted, which is included in the end client disbursement charge for the serve. No subscription fees or licensing fees to deal with. There is no annual or long-term contract required. Acceptance of our terms and conditions, and creditworthiness check are required before account setup.
  • Security: ServeCentral provides the same SSL protection you get when you bank online. Data is also encrypted at the storage level using industry proven algorithms, and we backup nightly. ServeCentral LLC has partnered with a leader in the Data Hosting industry. The ServeCentral data is contained in data centers that are designed with redundancy installed at every level, ensuring that a failure at any level will not affect your ability to Process Service.
  • Updates and Product Development: ServeCentral provides services such as regular software updates as part of our standard offering. Because ServeCentral is Software as a Service (SaaS) application, as new software features become available we automatically update our software application for almost all features without workflow disruption. Development of the software is guided by the requests of our users at no cost to the end users.
